We want you to feel confident trying Sporelane. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible orders.

Eligibility

To help prevent abuse while still letting you try the product:

  • One opened bottle per order is eligible for refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

  • Any additional bottles in the same order must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible.

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or the item arrived damaged/defective.

How to Request a Return / Refund

To start a return, email us at contact@sporelane.com with:

  1. your order number, and

  2. the reason for the return (optional but helpful).

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm eligibility for an opened-bottle guarantee), we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider (often 5–10 business days).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sporelane.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, and if the issue is our fault, we’ll cover any required return shipping.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution.
