These Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service (ToS)”) govern your access to and use of the website located at sporelane.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Sporelane (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Site (or buying our products through third-party sales channels where our products may be displayed, including Spotify), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Site and place orders. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3) Products and information

We try to display product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors (including after an order is submitted) and update information at any time.

4) Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or violation of these Terms of Service (ToS). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5) Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and your payment is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

6) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”), which is incorporated into these Terms of Service (ToS) by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service (ToS) and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls for return/refund matters.

8) Subscriptions and recurring purchases

If we offer subscriptions (for example, “Subscribe & Save”), you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Subscription terms (including how to skip, pause, or cancel) will be shown during checkout and/or in your customer portal and are incorporated into these Terms of Service (ToS).

9) Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes, and limited-time offers may have additional terms, may be modified or ended at any time, and are void where prohibited. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and may be limited to one per customer/household/order.

10) Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and site design, is owned by or licensed to Sporelane and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

11) User content and reviews

If you submit content (such as reviews, photos, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content for lawful business purposes (including marketing), unless prohibited by law. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

12) Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, scraping without permission, transmitting malware, engaging in fraud, or violating any applicable laws. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

13) Health and supplement disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Statements about products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 14) Disclaimer of warranties

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sporelane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of products. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sporelane and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service (ToS) or misuse of the Site.

17) Third-party services and sales channels (including Spotify)

We may make our products available through third-party platforms or sales channels. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. For example, if our products are displayed on Spotify, Spotify’s platform rules and related policies may apply to your use of Spotify.

18) Governing law

These Terms of Service (ToS) are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

19) Changes to these Terms of Service (ToS)

We may update these Terms of Service (ToS) at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms of Service (ToS).
