This Shipping Policy explains how Sporelane processes and ships orders within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Fulfillment Location

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Utah (United States).

Order Processing (Ship-Out) Time

We aim to ship orders the same business day or the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before our warehouse cut-off time (typically around 2:00 PM local warehouse time) are often shipped the same day. During peak periods, processing may take 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Most standard ground shipments arrive in 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on distance and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout based on your address and shipping option. Any free shipping offers or promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Updates

Tracking is provided for most shipments. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update in the carrier system.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If your package appears
lost or hasn’t moved for an extended time, contact us at contact@sporelane.com and we’ll help investigate next steps.
